The Philippine Standard (PS) Mark Audit is one of the certification schemes by the Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS). This process ensures the quality, safety, and reliability of products in the market. It involves both product auditors and Quality Management System (QMS) auditors conducting thorough evaluations at the manufacturer’s factory.
This certification is essential for manufacturers and importers aiming to sell their products in the Philippines. It signifies a commitment to high standards, fosters consumer trust, and ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Upon successful audit, manufacturers receive the Philippine Standard (PS) License, which is valid for three years and subject to annual surveillance.

After the issuance of the PS Mark License, annual surveillance audits will be conducted at the factory.
A recertification or renewal audit will be conducted 3-6 months before the license expires to maintain compliance and certification.
